Executive Director

Molly Kinder began as Executive Director of The Bridge at the start of 2024. She has known all three of the founders since 2017 while she was living and working in Haiti. Molly’s previous work in Haiti included supporting a special education program and developing a community library to promote literacy and Haitian Creole literature. Since returning from Haiti, Molly has worked as a teacher, school librarian, and in the nonprofit software space.

Molly’s favorite things about Haiti include ripe papayas, ice cold Coca-Colas, and the incredibly strong sense of camaraderie among her friends there. Molly has a God-child with her namesake in Haiti after she helped the mother safely deliver the baby at a hospital during a time of crisis.
